Ingredients:
For the Whipped Chocolate Mousse:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

For the Raspberry Coulis:
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions:

Start by making the Raspberry Coulis: a. In a small saucepan, combine the fresh raspberries, granulated sugar, water, and lemon juice. b. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes. c. Remove from heat and strain the coulis through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl to remove the seeds. d. Allow the coulis to cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate it until you're ready to serve.

Now, let's prepare the Whipped Chocolate Mousse: a. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate using a double boiler. b. Let the melted chocolate cool to room temperature.

In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and pure vanilla extract. Mix well.
